We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you the option to return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligible for returns: Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, and accompanied by tags and receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for return.

Processing a Return: Please contact support@keyspinger to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the package back to you.

SHIPPING SELECTION: You may choose your preferred shipping carrier for returns, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Problems After receiving your item, please check your order immediately and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products Some products cannot be returned, including products such as food, flowers or plants (perishable products), custom products (special order or personalized products), and personal care products such as beauty products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

We do not accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.

The fastest way to receive the item you want to exchange is to return the item you have and, once your return is approved, purchase a new item separately.

European Union 14-day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if shipped to the European Union, you may return your order for any reason, without cause, within 14 days of receipt of the product. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved, and if so, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
